• Power & redundancy: It is powered from separate utility feeds (via Duquesne Light Company) and utilizes two standby generators each delivering ~2 MW (total ~4 MW) in an N+1 configuration.
• Cooling & infrastructure: Built with modern raised-floor architecture, redundant cooling (2N & N+1 where implemented), and built to support demanding IT loads and high-availability operations.
• Scalability & flexibility: While the raised floor technical area is ~15,500 sq ft, the overall site offers potential for expansion or customization for private cages, full-rack deployments, cloud/DR implementations. 
• Support services: MSA offers 24/7/365 staffed operations, remote-hands and managed services through its ITSS (Information Technology Systems & Services) business unit.

• The data centre is designed with bunker-style construction, embedded into a hillside which enhances physical protection and access control. 
• Access control includes multi-factor and layered security (card/badge, monitored zones), full CCTV coverage internally and externally, and strict operational control. 
• Compliance: MSA data centre facilities are audited annually for SOC 2 Type 2 (SSAE 18) standards covering security, availability, confidentiality, processing integrity and privacy. 
• Fire & safety: The facility features multi-tiered fire detection and suppression systems, including early smoke detection and full suppression designs.
