• The RockPointe facility originally comprised approximately 42,000 sq ft of building area with 20,000 sq ft of raised-floor technical space.
• Built to Tier III equivalent (concurrently maintainable) standards, delivering high availability performance. 
• Power infrastructure: The facility is served by two independent utility substations, with backup generation capable of up to five 1 MW generators in an N+1 configuration.
• Cooling and raised-floor architecture: Designed for high reliability with raised floor, redundant cooling systems (2N/N+1) and extensive monitoring. 
• Scalability: The facility is linked with MSA’s second site in the region (“Evergreen Heights”) via a diverse fiber ring, allowing for redundancy, expansion, and distributed architecture.
• Support services: MSA provides 24/7/365 staffed control and operations, remote hands services, colocation from single racks through cages, and hybrid cloud/DR integrations.

• On-site security operates 24/7 with multi‐factor access controls, biometric or proximity card entry, full CCTV coverage of internal and external zones. 
• The facility and its operations are audited annually for SOC 2 Type 2 (SSAE 18) compliance, ensuring controls for security, availability, confidentiality, processing integrity and privacy.
• Fire detection and suppression include very early smoke detection (VESDA), multi-tiered suppression systems and wall/ceiling fire segmentation.
