The NorthC Berlin Gradestraße Data Center, located in the southern part of Berlin, serves as a key facility in one of Germany’s most dynamic digital markets. As part of NorthC’s regional data center portfolio across Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, the site offers resilient colocation services with international reach.

Following NorthC’s acquisition, the facility is being upgraded to align with the company’s high operational standards of availability, security, and sustainability.

- Fire protection: dry-pipe sprinkler system, early smoke detection, and smoke extraction
- Logistics support including receipt and temporary storage of equipment
- Self-service portal for customer access

- Distributed redundant power supply (N+1)
- UPS system: 5 MW
- Generator redundancy: 3 × 2 MVA (Tier-3 standard)
- Cooling redundancy = N+1, with cooling performance up to 2400 W/m²
- Fire protection: high-fog water mist system with advanced smoke detection
- Expanded services: Remote Hands, digital service requests via MyNorthC, and monitoring via CIMS portal
