InterRacks (based in Enschede, Netherlands) is a colocation and network services provider offering rackspace, secured servers, and connectivity solutions across multiple data centers. They operate under the InterDC brand for their data center operations and maintain presence in facilities located in Enschede, Hengelo, Doetinchem, and other Dutch nodes. 

Because they run their own IP network (AS-42093) and have full carrier-neutral policies and multiple Internet Exchange integrations, they occupy a hybrid position: both a colocation provider and a network/internet services provider.
