Lafayette Blvd. and 1050 Woodward Ave., with meet-me-room access, enterprise colocation, 15+ on-net carriers, and 3 MW+ connected capacity. Greensboro is planned as a 20 MW AI “Dream Center” available in Q1 2027 with support for Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling and the ability to scale to 100 MW+.
