Techno Digital Chennai Data Center in Chennai, Tamil Nadu is a 36 MW AI-ready colocation facility in SIPCOT IT Park, Siruseri, built for hyperscale, enterprise, cloud, and high-density compute deployments. The facility delivers 2,400 racks across a 250,000 sq ft built-up area with a G+4 building design, carrier-neutral connectivity, and scalable colocation formats ranging from standard racks to private cages, dedicated server halls, and dedicated floors.
The Chennai facility supports flexible power densities from 10 kW to 50 kW+ per rack, with standard 42U racks configurable up to 10 kW. Infrastructure includes dual A+B power feeds, N+1 redundancy for rack deployments, N+N power redundancy for dedicated floors, dual 110 kV substations, adiabatic cooling towers, centrifugal water-cooled chillers, 16 minutes of BESS backup, and a 1.35 design PUE. Security controls include biometric access, multi-layer physical security, 24x7 access control, video surveillance, environmental monitoring, and armed on-site security.
The Chennai Data Center strengthens Techno Digital’s footprint in Siruseri, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and India’s southern coastal digital infrastructure corridor. Its location in SIPCOT IT Park supports low-latency access for South India workloads while providing infrastructure suited for AI training, GPU clusters, HPC simulation, financial trading, fraud detection, OTT streaming, advanced analytics, enterprise continuity, and sovereign data hosting.
