Techno Digital Infra Pvt. Ltd.: Noida Data Center
About Noida Data Center
Techno Digital Noida Data Center in Noida, Uttar Pradesh is an AI-ready hyperscale colocation facility planned for North India’s enterprise, government, cloud, network, and high-performance computing demand. The facility is Techno Digital’s second hyperscale milestone after Chennai and is designed for scalable digital infrastructure in the Delhi NCR technology corridor. The Noida campus supports data center colocation, high-density colocation, network connectivity, managed services, and cloud services across regulated enterprise, hyperscale, public-sector, OTT, gaming, AI, machine learning, and HPC workloads.
The Noida Data Center is planned with 18 MW of Phase 1 capacity, 120,000 sq ft of Phase 1 built-up area, and 1,000 racks. Technical design features include N+1 redundancy, Tier III design, a 132 kV GIS substation, 99.982% uptime, 1.4 design PUE, and nine layers of security. Connectivity is designed around a carrier-neutral data centermodel with access to multiple ISPs and telcos, 100/200/400G network-ready backbone capability, and four diverse fiber paths for resilient connectivity. The site is also positioned as a carbon-neutral hyperscale design using renewable energy sourcing from solar and wind.
The facility’s Noida location places Techno Digital infrastructure inside one of India’s most important technology and governance regions, with proximity to Delhi NCR, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, RailTel, Gurugram, and North India’s enterprise connectivity ecosystem. Techno Digital’s broader platform ties Noida into hyperscale and edge data center development across India, including Chennai, Kolkata, Gurugram, and RailTel cloud environments. The Noida facility is designed for low-latency North India deployments, AI/ML clusters, dense colocation environments, regulated workloads, and resilient digital infrastructure growth.
