Vantage Data Centers: Johor (JHB1) Data Center Campus - Building 3
About Johor (JHB1) Data Center Campus - Building 3
Building 3 is part of the Johor (JHB1) Data Center Campus, a landmark hyperscale development in southern Malaysia designed to meet unprecedented digital infrastructure demand. Strategically located in Johor, near Singapore and major regional connectivity routes, the campus delivers large-scale, high-density infrastructure to support cloud, AI, and enterprise growth across Southeast Asia. Spanning approximately 73 acres (30 hectares), the campus is planned to provide 300MW+ of critical IT load across three two-story data centers once fully developed, totaling approximately 87,000+ square meters (930,000+ square feet). Building 3 benefits from advanced power redundancy, hybrid cooling architecture, and extensive fiber diversity engineered for next-generation workloads. Designed for high-performance deployments, the campus supports power densities up to 3.3kW per square meterand is optimized for hybrid liquid-and-air-cooled GPU cluster environments.
