Virtus Berlin 5 represents the next phase in Virtus Data Centres’ long-term expansion strategy in Germany, building on the success of the Marienpark Campus (Berlin 1–4). Operated by Virtus Data Centres, a subsidiary of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC), Berlin 5 is designed to strengthen the company’s presence in continental Europe and provide additional large-scale capacity for hyperscalers, AI workloads, and enterprise cloud infrastructure.

While not part of the original Marienpark four-building campus, Berlin 5 extends Virtus’s footprint into the broader Berlin metropolitan area—strategically positioned to deliver resilient, sustainable, and scalable digital infrastructure close to major fibre networks and Germany’s national connectivity backbone.
