Cody Park A105, part of the Ark Data Centres’ Cody Park campus in Farnborough, Hampshire, is a next-generation modular data center currently under construction/expansion. The Cody Park campus is an award-winning, sustainability-focused facility deployed across 36 acres near Farnborough, offering modular, high-efficiency infrastructure with proximity to London (low-latency replication) and strong connectivity links. 

Ark positions Cody Park as Tier-3 resilience, AI-ready, with modular builds that emphasize low environmental impact and reuse. 

⚙️ Facility Highlights

• A105 is part of a phased campus expansion; earlier buildings A101–A104 are already operational. 
• The full Cody Park campus supports a rated power capacity of 50 MW across all buildings. 
• A105 is designed to deliver ~ 18 MW of IT load across 12 data halls with ~80,000 sq ft IT space.
