Union Park 2 is a phase of the Ark Data Centres’ Union Park campus, located in Hayes on the Bulls Bridge Industrial Estate in West London. 

The Union Park site is designed as a high-performance, low-carbon data centre campus combining modular architecture, sustainability features, and advanced infrastructure. 

Ark has secured project financing specifically for Union Park 2 (in 2024) to expand the campus to meet growing demand, with sustainability credentials embedded in the financing structure.

The campus’s location in Hayes gives it good access to London’s transport and fiber corridors, while its power, cooling, and connectivity design aim to serve hyperscale, cloud, enterprise and wholesale clients.
