The Elstree Data Center 3 is part of the Ark Data Centres Elstree campus in the Hertsmere / London outskirts. The Elstree campus is being developed as a large, modular data center hub designed to deliver up to 250 MVA of power across multiple buildings starting from 2028, positioning it among the largest digital infrastructure assets serving the London metropolitan region. 

Built to support enterprise, hyperscale, and AI workloads, the Elstree campus enjoys strong connectivity to London, access via major arterial roads (including the A41 and the M25 ring), and proximity to national power and fiber infrastructure. 

The site is optimized for modular growth, efficient cooling, and sustainable operation under Ark’s green energy goals.
