The facility occupies a 50+ acre campus, with a 124,645 sq ft building footprint (new-build, one story, pre-engineered metal building) designed to support high-density and AI-driven workloads. 

 It delivers approximately 24-26 megawatts of critical capacity. 

Strategically positioned just north of Highway 210 and east of I-435, the site is less than 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City, offering proximity to major fiber networks and transcontinental cables.

• Environmental & Emissions Controls: Standby generation systems use Tier 4 Final engines (greatly reduced NOx and particulate emissions); water usage effectiveness (WUE) targeting zero liters/kWh of cooling; uses low/global warming potential refrigerants (e.g. R1234ze or R515-B) in cooling systems.
