WiTCOM is a German telecommunications and data-centre provider headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany. It is a subsidiary of ESWE Versorgungs AG and serves business customers, public sector entities, and IT / telecom service providers with a broad portfolio of connectivity, colocation and cloud services.

• Two own data-centres in Wiesbaden: “Datacenter 1” (~600 m² technical space) and “Datacenter 2” (~350 m²) with georedundant configuration. 
• Power: Own substation with redundant transformers, diesel generator backup (~560 kW), UPS systems in n+1 redundancy.
• Cooling: n+1 redundant high-performance cooling systems, dual cooling media (free-cooling plus refrigerant) allowing approx. 1,600 W/m² in certain spaces. 
• Sustainability: The in-house operation uses exclusively green electricity from certified renewable-energy sources (TÜV SÜD “CMS Standard Erzeugung EE”). 
• Modular offerings: Supports full racks, half-racks, quarter-racks, cages, virtual datacenter, SAN and fibre-channel ports.

• 24/7 access and security: Building access 24×7×365, barrier-free delivery area, parking, monitored circulation areas, intrusion detection, electronic locking with two-factor authentication. 
• Physical infrastructure: Full video surveillance of building interior, secure lockable racks, etc. 
• Certifications: The Datacenter 1 facility is TÜV Rheinland certified (DIN EN 50600) as of 2021. 
• Redundancy and disaster readiness: Dual fibre paths, redundant power and cooling, backup rooms for critical infrastructure, business-continuity accommodations.
