Dubrovka 1 is a Selectel-operated data center located in the settlement of Dubrovka, Leningrad Oblast (Russia), approximately 35 km from central Saint Petersburg.  As part of Selectel’s Dubrovka campus, it serves as one of the core infrastructure hubs for the operator’s regional presence in the St. Petersburg / Leningrad region. 

Its proximity to Saint Petersburg offers access to major population centers and network exchange points, while being situated slightly outside dense urban zones to better control infrastructure risks (e.g. noise, vibration, site footprint).
