Dubrovka 2 is Selectel’s second-stage data center in the Leningrad region, located in the village of Nevskaya Dubrovka, near Saint Petersburg, Russia.Operated by Selectel, a leading Russian cloud and data center service provider, it forms part of the Dubrovka campus alongside Dubrovka 1 and Dubrovka 3. Strategically, Dubrovka 2 is positioned to serve enterprises in the Northwest Russian market, offering proximity to Saint Petersburg, good connectivity paths to Western and European fiber routes, and redundancy through co-location in a campus environment. • The building is designed to meet Tier III or Tier III+ reliability standards, with redundant systems that support continued operations during maintenance. 
• The facility houses 250+ racks as part of its server room footprint. 
• Cooling is handled via precision air conditioning units (HPAC systems), with redundancy, and a structurally separated hot-aisle / cold-aisle airflow design for efficiency. 
• The HPAC installation includes 20 × AX 080 close-control units, for fine microclimate control. 
• Power supply is delivered via dual independent inputs, supported by N+1 UPS clusters, and backed by multiple diesel generator sets to sustain operations during grid failures.

• Onsite, 24/7 armed security guards and controlled perimeter access ensure physical protection. 
• Over 50 CCTV cameras monitor the facility interior, perimeter, entrances, and every room continuously. 
• Access control utilizes magnetic card systems / biometric or controlled pass systems, with logging and restricted access to technical zones.
• Smoke detectors, fire alarms, and automatic gaseous fire suppression systems are installed in server areas. 
• Selectel’s wider platform holds certifications and regulatory compliance: it adheres to PCI DSS, meets Russian personal data law (152-FZ) requirements, and holds FSTEC / FSB licensing for data protection.

• Dubrovka 2 is part of a carrier-neutral ecosystem through the Selectel campus network and supports connections to multiple carriers and backbone providers. 
• The facility has optical links to key Internet Exchange points in Saint Petersburg (e.g. Bolshaya Morskaya, Borovaya) to support high throughput and peering opportunities.
• The internal network architecture is built with N+1 redundancy for internal network nodes, reducing risk of a single point of failure.
