Building 3 benefits from resilient power architecture, advanced cooling systems, and diverse connectivity pathways designed to support enterprise, cloud, and hyperscale deployments. Engineered for performance and scalability, the campus supports average densities of up to 300W per square foot (3.2kW/m²).
