Building 3 is part of the Johannesburg I Data Center Campus, Vantage Data Centers’ flagship expansion into South Africa — the number one data center market in Africa. Strategically located within Waterfall City, one of Johannesburg’s premier business and mixed-use developments, the campus offers scalable, high-density digital infrastructure in a rapidly growing regional hub.

Spanning approximately 30 acres (12 hectares), the campus is planned to deliver 80MW of critical IT load across three two-story data centers, totaling approximately 650,000 square feet (60,000 m²). Building 3 benefits from resilient power architecture, advanced cooling systems, and diverse connectivity pathways designed to support enterprise, cloud, and hyperscale deployments. Engineered for performance and scalability, the campus supports average densities of up to 300W per square foot (3.2kW/m²).
