About Quincy Data Center Campus – Building 3

Building 3 is part of the Quincy Data Center Campus, a large-scale development in central Washington designed to deliver cost-efficient, high-density infrastructure powered by low-cost hydropower. Located in one of the nation’s lowest power rate regions, the Quincy campus provides an alternative to higher-cost urban data center markets while maintaining enterprise-grade resiliency and scalability.

The campus spans 68 acres and offers approximately 775,000 square feet of total leasable data center space, with up to 89MW of critical IT load potential. Washington State tax incentives and access to hydropower further reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), making the campus well suited for hyperscale, cloud, and large enterprise deployments.

Designed for operational efficiency, the campus supports densities of up to 200W per square foot, with new buildings incorporating advanced cooling technologies for near-zero water utilization efficiency (WUE).
