The campus spans approximately 21 acres and delivers 77MW of critical IT load across six multi-story data center facilities, totaling more than 335,000 square feet of data center area. Designed to support enterprise, cloud, and high-density deployments, Building 4 benefits from flexible cooling options, varied redundancy configurations, and robust carrier access within Silicon Valley’s core digital corridor.

Engineered for scalable infrastructure, the campus supports power densities up to 200W per square foot, with multiple modules capable of supporting high-density configurations.
