Vantage Data Centers: Reno Data Center Campus – Building 3
About Reno Data Center Campus – Building 3
Building 3 is part of the Reno Data Center Campus, a large-scale hyperscale development in Reno, Nevada, where Vantage is expanding its data center footprint in the Silver State. Strategically positioned near Reno-Tahoe International Airport and major regional infrastructure corridors, the campus is designed to support high-density, AI-ready, cloud, and enterprise workloads requiring significant power capacity and advanced cooling technologies.
The Reno campus spans approximately 137 acres and is planned to deliver 224MW of critical IT load across four two-story data centers once fully developed, totaling approximately 1,100,000 square feet. Building 3 benefits from this master-planned design, incorporating large-scale power infrastructure, diverse fiber pathways, and high-density cooling capabilities.
Engineered for next-generation deployments, the campus supports average densities up to 720W per square foot, making it suitable for AI, HPC, and other compute-intensive applications.
