Provident Data Centers: Garland Data Center
About Garland Data Center
Provident Data Centers Garland Interference Data Center in Garland, Texas is a planned AI and HPC campus designed to unlock high-density capacity in the Dallas data center market. The project is located on an 18.73-acre industrial redevelopment site with 265,000 developable sq ft, one two-story building, and a phased power plan starting at 54 MW and expanding to 70 MW. Phase 1 delivery is targeted for Q4 2026.
The Garland campus is purpose-built for high-density AI and HPC deployments, with power and low-water cooling systems designed for current-generation Blackwell GPUs and next-generation Vera Rubin-based systems. The site includes an onsite substation, enabling the project to bypass regional grid interconnection delays that have slowed data center development in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The campus is positioned for hyperscalers and large-scale compute operators that need power availability, density, and fast access to Dallas interconnection infrastructure.
The Garland location offers low-latency access to major Dallas network and data center hubs, including Infomart, 2323 Bryan, Digital Realty DFW17, and Aligned DFW-1&2. Provident lists the site as 13 miles from Infomart and 2323 Bryan, five miles from Digital Realty DFW17, and eight miles from Aligned DFW-1&2. Garland’s position inside the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex gives the development access to a deep enterprise, cloud, telecom, and AI infrastructure ecosystem while reactivating industrial land for next-generation digital infrastructure.
