The Ashburn II campus spans 18 acres and is planned to include three multi-story data centers, delivering a combined 96MW of critical IT capacity across approximately 800,000 square feet. Building 1 benefits from this campus-wide design, offering access to diverse fiber pathways, redundant utility feeds, and integrated operational support. The campus supports average densities of up to 300W per square foot, enabling modern high-performance compute deployments.
