The Ashburn III campus spans 134 acres and is designed to accommodate seven data centers, delivering a total of 288MW of critical IT load and approximately 2.3 million square feet of space. Building 1 operates within this high-capacity campus framework, benefiting from diverse power feeds, advanced cooling systems, and extensive fiber connectivity.
