Vantage Data Centers: Phoenix Data Center Campus - Building 2
About Phoenix Data Center Campus - Building 2
Building 2 is part of the Phoenix Data Center Campus (AZ1), a large-scale development bringing Vantage’s data center platform to the rapidly expanding Phoenix market. Located in the Goodyear submarket of Greater Phoenix, the campus is designed to support hyperscale cloud, enterprise, and high-density deployments in one of the fastest-growing data center regions in the United States.
The Phoenix campus spans 50 acres and is planned to deliver 176MW of total IT capacity across five data centers, with approximately 800,000 square feet of space. Building 2 benefits from the campus’ master-planned infrastructure, incorporating dedicated utility feeds, advanced cooling systems, and diverse connectivity pathways. Engineered for flexible compute environments, the campus supports multiple power density options, with an average density up to 250W per square foot.
