Vantage Data Centers: Port Washington (Lighthouse) Data Center Campus – Building 3
About Port Washington (Lighthouse) Data Center Campus – Building 3
Building 3 is part of the Port Washington (Lighthouse) Data Center Campus, a landmark AI-focused development in Wisconsin designed to meet large-scale digital infrastructure demand. Located in Port Washington, the campus positions Vantage within the Upper Midwest, offering hyperscale-ready capacity with strong regional connectivity and access to renewable energy resources.
The campus spans approximately 670 acres and is planned to deliver 902MW of critical IT load across four, one-story data centers once fully developed. With approximately 2.5 million square feet of total space and support for densities up to 1.4kW per square foot, Building 3 benefits from infrastructure engineered for next-generation AI and high-performance computing workloads.
Designed with scalability, sustainability, and high-density deployment in mind, the Lighthouse campus integrates advanced cooling, robust electrical infrastructure, and diverse carrier connectivity.
