Vantage Data Centers: Quincy Data Center Campus - Building 1
About Quincy Data Center Campus - Building 1
Building 1 is part of the Quincy Data Center Campus, a large-scale Vantage development in one of the lowest power-cost regions in the United States. Located in Quincy, Washington, the campus offers an alternative to higher-cost urban data center markets, leveraging abundant hydropower and state tax incentives to deliver a low total cost of ownership (TCO) environment.
The campus spans 68 acres and provides approximately 775,000 square feet of total leasable data center space, with 89MW of critical IT load potential. Building 1 benefits from the campus’ scalable design, incorporating redundant mechanical systems, efficient cooling architecture, and diverse connectivity options. Designed for enterprise and hyperscale deployments, the campus supports power densities up to 200W per square foot, accommodating a range of compute and cloud workloads.
