Building 3 is part of the Ohio Data Center Campus (OH1) in New Albany, Ohio — Vantage Data Centers’ first campus in the Midwest data center market. Strategically located within the Columbus region, the campus provides scalable, high-density digital infrastructure designed to support hyperscale, cloud, enterprise, and mission-critical deployments.
The campus spans 70 acres and includes three data centers, delivering a combined 192MW of critical IT load across approximately 1.5 million square feet. Building 3 benefits from the campus’ master-planned design, incorporating redundant power systems, advanced cooling technologies, and diverse connectivity pathways.
Engineered to support modern compute environments, the campus accommodates an average density of 300W per square foot, enabling scalable high-performance workloads.
