Our standard racks are available in 44U and 45U sizes, and our raised floor can withstand a load of 150 lbs. per sq. ft. while the subfloor can handle 300 lbs. per sq. ft. In terms of electrical capacity, our Phase I and II provide 120 w/sq. ft., while Phase III and V offer 200 w/sq. ft. Our UPS configuration is 2N, ensuring reliable backup power. We have one utility feeder and a standby power configuration of N+1, supported by four 2,000 kW and three 2,250 kW diesel generators, as well as three 20,000 gallon underground storage tanks.

Our HVAC system is N+1, with five 600 ton chillers, two 600 ton and four 400 ton cooling towers, and three 30,000 and two 25,000 gallon storage tanks. In the event of a water shortage, we have an onsite well for backup.

To ensure the safety of your equipment, our data center areas are equipped with VESDA smoke detection and a conventional addressable fire alarm system. Pre-action dry pipe systems protect the data center areas, while wet sprinklers cover the non-equipment areas.
