Vantage Data Centers: BER1 Berlin 1 Data Center Campus-Building 1
About BER1 Berlin 1 Data Center Campus-Building 1
Building 1 is part of the Berlin I Data Center Campus, Vantage Data Centers’ flagship development in Germany designed to expand digital infrastructure capacity in the Berlin market. Strategically located near Berlin’s major airports and key transport corridors, the campus provides scalable, high-density infrastructure within one of Europe’s fastest-growing data center regions.
The campus spans approximately 25 acres (10 hectares) and is planned to deliver 56MW of critical IT load across four multi-story data centers, totaling approximately 474,000 square feet (44,000 m²) of leasable data center space. Building 1 benefits from the campus’ concurrently maintainable design, advanced cooling systems, and diverse fiber connectivity.
Engineered for enterprise, cloud, and hyperscale deployments, the campus supports average densities up to 300W per square foot (3.2kW/m²).
