Vantage Data Centers: Berlin I Data Center Campus-Building 2
About Berlin I Data Center Campus-Building 2
Building 2 is part of the Berlin I Data Center Campus, Vantage Data Centers’ flagship development in Germany designed to expand hyperscale and enterprise opportunities in one of Europe’s most important digital markets. Strategically located near Berlin’s major airport infrastructure and business corridors, the campus delivers scalable, high-density infrastructure with strong power and connectivity diversity.
The campus spans approximately 25 acres (10 hectares) and is planned to provide 56MW of critical IT load across four multi-story data centers, totaling approximately 474,000 square feet (44,000 m²) of leasable data center space. Building 2 benefits from a resilient power architecture, advanced cooling systems, and robust security infrastructure, all designed to meet European enterprise and hyperscale standards.
Engineered for modern compute environments, the campus supports an average density of up to 300W per square foot (3.2kW/m²), accommodating both traditional enterprise deployments and higher-density workloads.
