About Berlin II Data Center Campus - Building 3

Building 3 is part of the Berlin II Data Center Campus, Vantage Data Centers’ second development in the Berlin market, expanding digital infrastructure capacity in Germany’s capital region. Located approximately 10 kilometers from Berlin Brandenburg International Airport, the campus provides scalable, high-density infrastructure designed to serve enterprise, hyperscale, and cloud deployments within a key European digital hub.

The campus spans approximately 12 acres (5 hectares) and is planned to deliver 32MW of critical IT load across two two-story data centers, totaling approximately 260,000 square feet (24,000 m²) of leasable data center space. Building 3 benefits from a resilient, concurrently maintainable design, advanced cooling systems, and diversified fiber connectivity. Engineered to support modern IT environments, the campus accommodates average densities of up to 300W per square foot (3.2kW/m²).
