Vantage Data Centers: Frankfurt I Data Center Campus - Building 1
About Frankfurt I Data Center Campus - Building 1
Building 1 is part of the Frankfurt I Data Center Campus, Vantage Data Centers’ flagship development in one of Europe’s most strategic connectivity hubs. Located in Offenbach on an 8-acre (3-hectare) campus, the facility delivers scalable, enterprise-grade infrastructure in the heart of the Frankfurt metropolitan region — Europe’s prime data center location. The campus is planned to provide 56MW of critical IT load across three multi-story data centers, totaling approximately 452,000 square feet (42,000 m²) of leasable data center space. Building 1 benefits from resilient power architecture, diversified fiber connectivity, and energy-efficient cooling systems designed for high-performance enterprise and hyperscale deployments.
Engineered for modern IT environments, the campus supports average densities of up to 200W per square foot (2.15kW/m²).
