The campus is planned to deliver 56MW of critical IT load across three multi-story data centers, totaling approximately 452,000 square feet (42,000 m²) of leasable data center space. Designed to support enterprise and hyperscale deployments, Building 2 benefits from resilient power architecture, efficient cooling systems, and strong carrier density within the Frankfurt metropolitan area.
