Building 2 is part of the Berlin II Data Center Campus, Vantage Data Centers’ expansion development in the Berlin market designed to support enterprise, cloud, and hyperscale growth in Germany. Located approximately 10 kilometers from Berlin Brandenburg International Airport, the campus provides scalable, high-density infrastructure within one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital hubs. The campus spans approximately 12 acres (5 hectares) and is planned to deliver 32MW of critical IT load across two multi-story data centers, totaling approximately 260,000 square feet (24,000 m²) of leasable data center space. Building 2 benefits from a resilient, concurrently maintainable architecture with diversified power feeds and advanced cooling technologies designed for modern compute environments.

Engineered for performance and flexibility, the campus supports average densities of up to 300W per square foot (3.2kW/m²)
