Situated on a 7-acre (3-hectare) site, Frankfurt II is planned to deliver 56MW of critical IT load across two data centers, totaling approximately 485,000 square feet (45,000 m²). Building 1 benefits from a resilient mechanical and electrical architecture, advanced cooling systems, and diverse carrier connectivity, supporting enterprise and hyperscale deployments. Designed for modern compute requirements, the campus supports average densities of up to 300W per square foot (3.2kW/m²) and is engineered to achieve a low 1.3 PUE
